Says Jaime Maussan: "On October 27, to be exact, a giant object was photographed and videotaped over Mexico City. It was very impressive and it launched spheres" with regard to the latest evidence to feed his alien hypothesis. "This is an inexplicable phenomenon. It's as though it were an organic being with several tentacles, and some of these tentacles are putting forth spheres. We called in an expert to see if it could be some sort of balloon, but he said no." The ufologist remarked that an air traffic controler of the city's airport calculated the object was flying at over 10,000 feet, which means that in order to have been picked up by a camera, its diameter should have been between 300 and 400 meters, making it a highly strange and extraordinary event. He added that the object made a series of impressive maneuvers, like a knot. Then it braided itself and stretched, but always surrounded by a series of blue and red spheres that appeared to be stuck to the object's sides. "If it's an organic being, where did it come from? How did it get here? What is inside the spheres it is ejecting? Is there some sort of invasion or are we being monitored?" the journalist asked himself. He pointed out that this fact confirms the existence of a very intense presence of beings from another planet. "These beings are literally here, and unfortunately we aren't through realizing what all of this means." Maussan said that the images were supplied by Arturo Robles Gil, a professional photographer, who also managed to record it with a camcorder. For this reason, the images are very clear. He remarked that at first they debated over whether it could be a balloon, but a considerable monetary investment would be required, aside from the fact that it would have been necessary to assemble it around 2 in the morning in order for it to be seen at 9 am. "If balloons are involved, we figure that some 57,000 of them would be required to form something similar, aside from the fact that it is forbidden to launch balloons in the Mexico City airspace which could jeopardize air travel. This would constitute an illegal act," said the ufologist. He stated that this evidence is still being analyzed. "It was fortunate that this event took place at 9 a.m. and no infrarred lights were needed to see it perfectly. If it isn't a balloon, then what the hell is it?" The video's total duration is between 5 -10 minutes, although the > object was visible from 10 to 20 minutes. There was no one around, but the atmosphere was filled with fear, which made Vitaly's hair stand on ends. When the scientist looked up, he saw a dark-gray cloud, which looked like a vertical poll. The man heard a strange noise, which reminded the sound of flopping bird's wings and a cracking tree, but there were no birds in the area, tree branches were motionless. The cloud went upwards and stood still. Kosinov felt he could not move a finger, he became weak in the knees and fell down on the ground exhausted. The researcher subconsciously realized that the cloud intended to take him, and he attempted to resist against it, at least in his mind. Vitaly sensed weak electric current all over his body, and the object flew away. The man felt better at once, but he forgot the incident immediately. He said he started recollecting it a lot later, when he saw the cloud again on several occasions. Vitaly Kosinov said the cloud would come down, envelope him totally and then disappear in several seconds. He said he would fall into profound dreamless sleep afterwards. Members of a ufological mission saw violet-blue pillar-like clouds in the field at night, in 1990. A young ufologist decided to take a closer look at the phenomenon, but as soon as he started approaching the clouds, he heard voices in the head, telling him not to walk further ahead. The voice was coming from the dark cloud hanging in the air nearby. The young man turned back and everything disappeared. Another similar incident occurred to the Fedorovs family from Vladivostok. Aleksey, his wife Nina and two of their children decided to go camping for the weekend. They put up a tent on the river bank, not far from the village of Lukyanovka. The parents put their children to sleep and sat down on a log near the fire. They saw a small strange gray cloud hanging above them. Aleksey was surprised to notice that the cloud was absolutely still. The man stood up, came up to the cloud and reached out his hand to it. The rest of the story reminds the stories of the people abducted by aliens. Aleksey said afterwards that he found himself in a room full of people in military uniform. They told him to sit down in an armchair, fixed several sensors on him and started the examination. The people in the room were talking to him. They told him that they had come from the future to conduct experiments connected with penetrations into other worlds. They offered Aleksey to stay with them, but the man declined, having said he had a family to take care of. The people led him up to the gray cloud and he appeared on the meadow near the fire again. When the husband disappeared, Nina incidentally looked at a tree near her and saw a woman sitting in it. The woman had wings behind her back; her bare feet had only three toes. Nina started screaming with horror, calling for her husband, but he would not respond. The woman grabbed a small axe to defend herself, in case the winged creature had hostile intentions. The scream woke up the children. When they saw a monster in the tree, the children started crying and hid behind the mother. The winged woman was looking at the frightened human beings without any action or movement. Shortly before Nina's husband appeared on the meadow, the creature flew up in the sky and disappeared. Visitors from the future - one may somehow understand this phenomenon, but the winged monster woman? Maybe it was a hallucination, caused with experiments on the brain? Who conducted such experiments with the family? Ufologists believe that the phenomenon of mysterious 'reasonable' clouds represents either an independent form of life, or serves as an auxiliary tool, which extraterrestrial beings use for their purposes. An Indian engineer working on antigravity propulsion has described studying advanced technology in "package" form--technologies ready made to be analyzed and duplicated. But where are they from? Since October 10, everyone from members of the Indian Military to young children have reported seeing multiple UFOs of all shapes and sizes near the high altitude glaciers in the Tarai region of India, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the Chinese border. Indian Air Force pilots in the region have complained of unexplained instrument jamming and spotting the objects in the air during flight. Even a Buddhist monk, apparently not surprised by the activity, claims that the UFOs have been in the area since 1998. Sumit Chatterjee reports that despite the military's usual tight lipped response on account of national security, some officials have responded bluntly and confirmed the presence of UFOs in the area. Indian ufologists suspect that the flurry of activity is related to the local rumor that beings from Sirius will land in the area within the next seven years, though not reveal themselves until 2012. The Indian-Chinese border has recently been overcome with military activity, though it is unclear whether it is related to the increase in sightings. Chinese tanks were reportedly sent to investigate an artificial lake that had mysteriously appeared and threatened to flood the Indian Sutlej river valley. Upon reaching the area, however, they found that the lake had mysteriously disappeared. Chatterjee suggests that the extraterrestrials melted a glacier to form the lake in order to keep the Chinese tanks from reaching the border. A UFO Roundup correspondent in India, Krishnari Bai Dharapurnanda, reports that according to the Indian Space Research Organization the extraterrestrials are constructing a fortress in the Himalayas for an unknown purpose and wished to keep Chinese tanks from the border. News agencies reported dozens of incidents, when people could see strange objects flying above their heads. The state television of Iran aired the footage of a shimmering white disk above Teheran. People ran out of their houses in eight cities to see the bright extraterrestrial light in the clouds. IRNA reported about multicolored objects with green, red, blue and violet rays seen above the towns of Tabriz and Ardebil and above Golestan Province in the area of the Caspian Sea. Russia promised to help Iran in the struggle with UFOs. Russia put an end to the anomalous problem in the beginning of the 1990s, when the entire population of the Soviet Union was panicking over strange flying objects. Both Russian and Iranian officials emphasize the fact of expanding the bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of space exploration and the development of satellites.
